Starters

Spicy crab and brandy bisque with gruyère and sourdough

Cauliflower and leek croquettes with beetroot and rhubarb ketchup (v)

Ham hock terrine with pickled vegetables, toasted ciabatta and watercress

Sticky and spicy chilli chicken with gem salad and sour cream

Main Courses

British turkey with seasonal vegetables, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, rich gravy, cranberry and bread sauce

Sea Bass Bilbaina, with tomato, garlic and sherry sauce, steamed broccoli, crispy potatoes and smoked almonds

Slow cooked Goosnargh duck leg with sprout bubble and squeak, carrots, mulled wine and cherry gravy

Lentil shepherd’s pie with roasted root vegetables topped with smoked cheese mash and pickled red cabbage (v)

King scallops with smoked salmon, celeriac purée, candied walnuts and pancetta

Guinea fowl, wild mushroom and baby onion terrine, red wine figs and sourdough

Jerusalem artichoke, wild mushroom and truffle soup with a warm roll (v)

Traditional turkey with all the trimmings; pigs in blankets, buttered vegetables, roast potatoes, bread sauce, cranberry sauce, sage and onion stuffing

Lobster thermidor with a gruyère crumb, fennel and gem salad, pancetta and hasselback potatoes

Miso glazed beef fillet, mirin and soy wok fried vegetables with sweet potato

Wild mushroom and blue cheese soufflé with roasted baby beets and chicory (v)

New Year’s Eve

Let’s welcome in the New Year together, join us for the big countdown and a glass of fizz at midnight.

Giving you the freedom to have exactly what you want, we serve full menu and seriously special specials on New Year’s Eve.

Food is served all day but book your table from 8:30pm onwards and it’s yours for the night; we will welcome in 2019 with a glass of fizz on us and our DJ will keep you entertained through the night.
